Research, Development & Material
WP2 lays the foundation for DIGI-ELEVATE's capacity-building strategy by generating knowledge, resources, and tools to strengthen digital readiness. Through national reports, EU-level research, and a database of good practices, it identifies training needs and challenges MEs face. WP2 develops a comprehensive training framework covering digital entrepreneurship, marketing, strategic management, and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain, delivered through a structured multilingual learning toolkit.

E-learning Tools & Piloting
WP3 develops innovative learning tools combining MOOC-based content with hands-on piloting workshops, integrating theory and practice through learner-centred approaches. It creates a Smart Learning Environment with training kits, multimedia materials, and animated videos in multiple languages to ensure accessibility. Through continuous evaluation and improvement, WP3 delivers validated training materials that strengthen digital competencies of micro-entrepreneurs across Europe.

Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation
WP4 empowers micro-entrepreneurs and VET providers by promoting digital transformation and increasing project visibility across local, national, and EU levels. It disseminates DIGI-ELEVATE's aims, results, and training resources to stakeholders and policymakers, encouraging adoption of digital solutions. Through coordinated dissemination activities, WP4 strengthens collaborative ownership and supports the adaptation of project tools to bridge skill gaps effectively across regions and industries.
