Work package No.1 Project Management

We ensure strong collaboration through efficient coordination among all partners, fostering teamwork, transparency, and inclusiveness. This work package is dedicated to achieving the project’s objectives by maintaining clear communication, supporting joint decision-making, and generating meaningful societal impact through solidarity and collective effort.

Work package No.2 - Research, Development & Material

This work package lays the foundation for DIGI-ELEVATE’s capacity-building strategy by generating the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to strengthen the digital readiness of micro-entrepreneurs. Through national reports, a consolidated EU-level study, and a curated database of good practices, WP2 identifies the challenges and training needs that MEs face in adopting digital technologies.

Building on this research, WP2 shapes a comprehensive training framework covering essential areas such as digital entrepreneurship and innovation, marketing in the digital era, strategic management, business research methods, digital tools, and emerging technologies including blockchain, AI, and machine learning. A structured learning toolkit—including syllabus, learning outcomes, and content templates—is developed in multiple languages with contributions from partner experts.

Work package No.3 - Elearning Tools & Piloting

This work package focuses on developing innovative learning tools that connect course content with practical evaluation and certification, ensuring that training is relevant, transferable, and impactful for micro-entrepreneurs. WP3 drives entrepreneurial thinking, creativity, and digital innovation by combining MOOC-based learning with hands-on piloting workshops that integrate theory and practice through learner-centred approaches. Through this focus, the work package directly supports the project’s wider goal of strengthening the digital competencies of MEs across Europe.

At the core of WP3 is the creation of a Smart Learning Environment. Training kits, multimedia materials, and animated videos will be integrated into the platform in English, Spanish, and Bulgarian to ensure wide accessibility. Through structured evaluation, transnational meetings, and continuous improvement, this work package ensures the delivery of a robust Smart Learning Environment and validated training materials that contribute to the long-term development of digital skills among micro-entrepreneurs.

Work package No.4 - Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation

This work package focuses on empowering micro-entrepreneurs and VET providers by promoting digital transformation, innovation, and long-term sustainability in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. WP4 strengthens the overall project objectives by increasing project visibility, raising awareness of digital skill needs, and driving adoption of digital tools across local, national, and EU levels. Through targeted communication actions, the work package ensures that DIGI-ELEVATE’s mission and outcomes reach diverse sectors and communities.

WP4 disseminates the project’s aims, results, and training resources to MEs, VET institutions, stakeholders, and policymakers, encouraging the integration of digital solutions into everyday business operations. The work package highlights the challenges faced by micro-entrepreneurs in adopting digital technologies and promotes tailored solutions to bridge skill gaps effectively. By engaging all project partners in coordinated dissemination activities, WP4 strengthens collaborative ownership and supports the adaptation of project tools across regions and industries.
